We even process bar material supplied by the customer. Solid round material, square, flat and rectangular in engineering steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper, brass and bronze). Our equipment can saw just about any material, including prehardened QT material, high-tensile, eutectic Al-Si alloys, titanium, Nimonic, Inconel, Hastelo, etc. Our standard range of production ranges from rod processing to Ø 530 mm and if necessary, we can draw on the services of an external partner to process up to Ø 750 mm.

We supply machine manufacturers, cutting companies, tool manufacturers, mould makers and roller bearing manufacturers with the most accurate sawing and precision sawing work.

Some saws are linked directly with our fully automated high-bay warehouse that has a capacity for approximately 12,000 tonnes of raw material and 24 output stations. This means we can use the EDI interface, the fully automated control system of the high-bay warehouse and the CNC machines to get the material to the machines in the quickest time possible where it will then be cut to the desired length and tolerance, and delivered immediately to your production machine – or on call with “Just in time” basis according to your needs.
